Welcome! My name is Stephen Giles, and I’m a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. My journey in the fitness industry began in 2009 when I earned my qualifications from the prestigious Australian Institute of Fitness. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, each with unique goals and challenges.

My approach to personal training is holistic and client-centered. I believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about mental resilience and overall well-being. When I’m not training clients, I am a husband to the most amazing woman and father to two beautiful children.
