One-to-One Sessions
30 Minutes - Perfect for those short on time but looking for an intense, focused workout. Ideal for beginners, busy professionals, or anyone wanting a quick, effective session.
45 Minutes - A great balance between efficiency and effectiveness. Allows for a proper warm-up, workout, and cool-down, making it ideal for strength, endurance, or weight loss training.
1 Hour - The best option for a comprehensive training session. Includes in-depth coaching, technique correction, and tailored programming for maximum results.
Partner Sessions
45 Minutes - A great way to train with a friend while keeping workouts efficient and effective.
1 Hour - Ideal for in-depth coaching, technique correction, and a full-body workout for both partners.
- Individual sessions can be purchased in bulk, with a discount for 5 or 10 sessions.
- Single sessions must be paid prior or on the day of training before training commences
- Partner training is pay as you go, and not available in bulk purchases.
- Bulk session packs must be purchased in full
- If you decide not to continue your bulk sessions, you can receive a refund minus the cost of already completed sessions at full price (not the discounted rate).
