At OA Fitness, we’ve built a space that has everything you need to train the way you want: Strength training: From our full dumbbell range (5–50 kg), leg press/hack squat combo, and multi-station gym to our Smith machine and benches — you’ll find everything for a powerful workout. Cardio & conditioning: Push your limits with Concept2 rowers, treadmills, spin bikes, and weighted vests. Functional training: Medicine balls, battle ropes, steps, boxing pads, and more to keep your sessions dynamic and fun.

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, improve mobility, or feel stronger and more confident, this space has been built to adapt to you.
